Much darker than the "sanitized" Getta Robo series of old, to bring it closer to the original manga. True to the genre, it's full of gritty manliness and Gaogaigar levels of awesomeness towards the end. The plot doesn't make much sense, but that is to be expected when you deal with robots so powerful they fuck with space/time.
