Rude, crude and unapologetic. Gainax once again pushes the boundaries(and definition) of anime in their zany and undoubtedly drug-induced nod to western animation. + | This show is literally made for westerners who watch anime. All gross or sexual stuff is done in jest, without any detail that isn't necessary to get the joke across, and shouldn't really put off anyone but the wimpiest girly men. Definitely tickles your comedy bone and is a treat to your ears. --[[User:Willsun|Willsun]] 10:36, 2 June 2011 (UTC) | ||

Sum it up in a Sentence:
A tribute to western animation about angels who were too vulgar for heaven and now they have to fight ghosts in order to be allowed back in.
Main Description
The Anarchy sisters, Panty and Stocking, are angels who were kicked out of Heaven due to their bad behavior. They are sent to Daten City, a place located on the edge of Heaven and Hell. Strange monsters called "Ghosts" besiege the city, but the Anarchy sisters wield a variety of mysterious powers, most notably their ability to transform their underwear into weapons.
Under the watchful eye of Reverend Garterbelt, and with their pet zipper-dog Chuck, it's up to Panty and Stocking to destroy these Ghosts, in order to collect enough Heaven Coins to return to Heaven.

Personal Opinions
IShallRiseAgain
This hilarious show pushes past the borders of decency and relies heavily on crude and vulgar humor. It also has very interesting and entertaining visuals. Furthermore, its soundtrack is amazing. The show also isn't afraid to experiment a little and there are some quite unique episodes in the series. This is show that is worth checking out if you are into western comedy cartoons.
Dj Meow Mix
This show is absolutely insane and is not afraid to show it. I suppose this show could best be described as Gainax reaching critical mass. On that note, the show really pushes obscene humor, and if you are easily grossed out by various bodily fluids in enormous amounts, extreme bondage fetishes, destruction and multilation, this may not be the show for you! However, with its fast paced and quirky animation style, characters, fight scenes and music, this is definitely a show you'll never forget. Most episodes are divided into two separate scenarios, with occasional variances in animation style as well to keep you on your toes. Teddyloid and crew did a fantastic job with the soundtrack, it has remained a permanent fixture on my playlists ever since release. I can't sing this show's praises enough.
Redcrimson
Rude, crude and unapologetic. Gainax once again pushes the boundaries(and definition) of anime in their zany and undoubtedly drug-induced nod to western animation. Besides being visually inventive with a fun and ridiculous cast, it also boasts what is arguably the best soundtrack in the history of anything.

This show is literally made for westerners who watch anime. All gross or sexual stuff is done in jest, without any detail that isn't necessary to get the joke across, and shouldn't really put off anyone but the wimpiest girly men. Definitely tickles your comedy bone and is a treat to your ears. --Willsun 10:36, 2 June 2011 (UTC)
