For a short show, there's a lot to like about this.  The plot is nothing special, being standard slice of life fare, but everything is about the characters.  Both Aoi and Hinata come across as very genuine.  Watching it, I get the same warm fuzzy feelings as when I watch Hidamari Sketch, or Sketchbook.  I would have liked longer episodes, even just a couple more minutes.  In spite of that, it's very enjoyable, and one of my shows of the season.

Something I would recommend against, is marathoning it.  Though it's tempting, especially with the short episodes, I feel that watching one episode a week did help with the feeling of character development.  Watching a few episodes back to back made everything feel rushed, so take your time with this one.
