+ | Sir, I suggest you watch Cowboy Bebop, because it is simply the ''Ultimate Anime''. Yes, it's the best you'll ever find. Apart from having the greatest soundtrack ever produced, it has fantastic writing, splendid voice acting, dazzling art and it's thrilling, funny and dramatic all at the same time. In addition, it's hands down the best stepping stone into anime for anyone who grew up in a Western culture, because of the similarities it shares with the American TV format. Storywise, it follows a group of bounty hunters in a future sci-fi setting, mainly in an episodically unrelated fashion, but every now and then there'll be a storyline episode that binds everything together into pure genius orgasm. If by some chance you end up not liking this show, you don't deserve to be entertained by the rest of the anime medium has to offer. Note that there's also a full-length movie that supposedly fits in between episodes 21 and 22. | ||
