Started out great, ended mediocre-ly. The first episode had me super excited for the rest of the series, and I just felt like nothing really delivered after it. | + | Made by Bones, felt like it was an amalgamation of all the cutting room floor ideas that were left over from Eureka 7. There's a lot to like about it, but it felt like it needed to be twice as long for it to really shine as there's an absolute ton of shit that gets thrown at you in the later episodes that make no sense without an explanation. At 720p though it's absolutely gorgeous to watch and the opening song is pretty :coal: | ||

Started out great, ended mediocre-ly. The first episode had me super excited for the rest of the series, and I just felt like nothing really delivered after it. As for drama it's not cliche or bad, but the end just left me unsatisfied. 2/5.
Infinitum
Made by Bones, felt like it was an amalgamation of all the cutting room floor ideas that were left over from Eureka 7. There's a lot to like about it, but it felt like it needed to be twice as long for it to really shine as there's an absolute ton of shit that gets thrown at you in the later episodes that make no sense without an explanation. At 720p though it's absolutely gorgeous to watch and the opening song is pretty :coal:
