Sum it up in a Sentence:

The strongest being in existence struggles with the fact that he's so incredibly powerful that no foe poses even the slightest challenge.

Main Description

One-Punch Man is an ongoing webcomic by ONE. The art is pretty awful (think basically MS Paint), but it was popular enough that it was picked up by Shueisha for their online site Tonari no Young Jump, where it's getting updates twice a month with completely new art by Yūsuke Murata, aka the Patron Saint of Manga.

One-Punch Man follows Saitama, a young out-of-college 20-year old who, through incredible nightmarish training no human being could hope to survive, gains incredible strength. There's a problem: he's now too strong, and nothing poses a challenge to him anymore. One punch is enough to overcome any threat, which has put him into a bit of an existential crisis.

Also, it made him go completely bald. This, altogether, is pretty hilarious.

Saitama encounters a diverse and fascinating fast of other heroes, including his new cyborg "disciple", Genos, and fights a number of incredible and absurd foes. And basically Murata goes insane with the redrawn art, making One-Punch Man one of the best drawn manga ever.

Personal Opinions

Zorak

ONE-PUNCH MAN owns. It's hysterical, it looks incredible, the action is great, the characters are super fun, Murata is the God of Comics, every aspect of it owns owns owns. The very fact that it's just some guy's doodle comic being redrawn makes it even better.

Fiend Computer

This manga has more action frames than most anime. I'm not joking when I say that.[1] If One-Punch Man was entirely devoid of anything besides the art, I would still read it. The fact that is is honestly clever and humorous is just a bonus.

Coughing Hobo

This is probably the manga I look forward to most chapter-to-chapter. Other series I read because I enjoy them, but I read One-Punch Man because I have fun while reading it. Murata's art is breathtaking, and as mentioned by others, it's more animated than many animes.
