A decent but forgettable action movie that is only notable because it is based on a manga created by the same man who made Ghost in the Shell. Its only really worth watching if your looking for something to pass the time.

As mentioned it's a somewhat mindless and forgettable action movie. Give it and the sequel a watch if you are a fan of Shirow's cyberpunk style and want to see some amazing CG.
