Well worth the time, this cleverly written and animated little story packs a surprising amount of charm and emotion into a 5 minute package.
Ferretts
You'll like it, love it, or it might entirely be lost on you, but at 5 minutes, the visuals will make it worthwhile regardless. Also, check out Shinkai's submission to AniKuri15. It's also about a girl and her cat, but it's only 1 minute, all smiles, and proves that he can provoke emotions other than melancholy and bitter loneliness.
