In a star system where men and women have been completely segregated on two different planets and fighting for decades, a group of female pirates and their male prisoners end up being thrown to a distant part of the galaxy during one particular battle, and must learn to work together in order to get back home.
Description
Men and women have been completely segregated on two different planets of one particular star system for decades, and now regard each other as a separate species. While each gender fights the other, one particular group of females find profit in being pirates, with no loyalty to either side. When these pirates decide to hijack the male attack force's newest battleship however, the male leadership decides to destroy it instead of letting it fall into enemy hands. In the ensuing explosion the female pirates and their male prisoners are mysteriously transported to a distant part of the galaxy. With an enigmatic robotic enemy and an incredible distance between them and their homes, the two genders must learn to work together if they want to survive.

One of my favorite series; it has a great balance of action, comedy, drama, and romance. Some of the CG looks a bit cheesy and dated, but otherwise the visuals are great. The music is great too.
